On the wall

A look into my colorful classroom.There is a reading table-for looking at the pictures,like most of them do,or for reading.(sometimes I ask them to read aloud) There are lots of posters on the walls and my hardwork-the English/Korean phrases.I had a collection of about 10 of these,until one of my colleagues gave me a list of 20.I've added the lot to the wall,might make more. The students often look at the wall to find the comment/question that they want to speak,or to find "what did she say?"-since they are not allowed to speak Korean.With the low level classes,it happens.I've learned that it does work. The only poster that backfires a bit is when 3 students say simultaneously, "Teacher, may I go to the bathroom?"
