Tastes of the Cape

Well, of course I had to buy these products..I mean they are a reminder of the Mother City.
Our country has 11 official languages, which does not include French, and unfortunately this juice from Dewlands only came in 5 flavors at the store where I bought it.Grape,Apple,Peach,Fruit Cocktail and Mango. It's worth the won to buy a real juice..thirsty?
Then there's the Rooibos tea(made in Korea) To make the taste similar to home,I use two teabags. It's a herbal tea,no caffeine and not quite in the region of peppermint or jasmine.I saw another box with pictures of lions and elephants, hilarious.A reason most South Africans drink tea is because we grew up with it,were given it in baby bottles when we were young and no matter what hits the proverbial fan,a cup of tea will always make you feel better. It's time for a cuppa...later.
