Sushi crazy.

This sushi bar is in the basement of a department store.I often go there craving the stuff...possibly out of habit.I love sushi,can you tell?Known as Chobab in Korea. The fish or roe is fresh,raw and colorful plus delicious.The rice is a little sweet,the wasabi is hot.The food moves on a belt, under clear lids.The color of the plate tells you it's price.But who cares? The fun here is in deciding what to eat.I've included some Japanese names.People back home will always eat "fish 'n chips" on a Friday..I miss that,so the next best thing here for me,is sushi.There are no fisheries.*sniff*
